Military Recruitment Bans Seem Doomed

Remember the bans on military recruitment on school campuses? They're not going to hold up in court. Neither will the "suggested ban" that the voters of San Francisco voted for. The Supreme Court is on the case, and it looks like the bans won't hold up.

I'm only 16, and I will enlist at 18 if we are still conducting major combat operations. I think nothing is more important than defending freedom, and I don't intend to be a hypocrite.
Uh, Dexter...why aren't you
Uh, Dexter...why aren't you in uniform, little buddy? Y'know, talk's cheap, but you could join up as young as 17 if your parental units sign on the line. Wouldn't you make a more meaningful contribution to the GWOT by killing real foreigners instead of just blogging about it? Pat Tillman gave up a lucrative pro career, after all--what are you doing that's more important than fighting terrorists?
