Tales As An Eagle- Part One

When I went to Washington D.C. in March, I shared a lot of what happened, but there are still many stories to be told. As planning continues for another Gathering of Eagles on September 15th, I want to share some stories that didn't make my earlier coverage. Enjoy.
The picture above is of a man who was marching with International ANSWER. To set the stage, the Gathering of Eagles / Pro-Victory crowd was lined up alongside a winding road next to the Lincoln Memorial, and the anti-war crowd was marching past us. The man in the picture above immediately caught our attention because as he was marching past, he was screaming "Where are your minorities? You're a racist group!"
He emphasized the apparent lack of diversity amongst our crowd, even though I personally ran into African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans, Asian-Americans, and Arab-Americans all on our side. The difference between us and them is that a vast majority of our folks would just consider themselves Americans. The true diversity of our group was amazing, with a huge age range (unlike their side which either seemed to be under 30 or over 60, with no in-between). Also, our group had tons of military personnel, with veterans from Korea, Vietnam, the Gulf War, and the Wars in Iraq & Afghanistan. We spanned the generations, had a great mix of men & women, and yes, minority representation. This man thought we were racist, and that was a common theme of their rally. A popular chant went as follows:
"Black! Latino! Arab Nation & White! No racist war! No more, no more, stand up for your civil rights!"
The leftists said it was a racist war, said that minority youth were being used to fight the war, and that no minorities supported this war. The man screaming racist at me above was just one of many. Should we lose this overall conflict though, and fall to Islamofascism, there would be no diversity. The leftists don't understand their faux values would be destroyed if we lost the global conflict, and our soldiers are fighting for their right to scream about a lack of diversity that doesn't exist. This is why we need to come out in force to the next Gathering of Eagles, to once again show the true diverse nature of THOUGHT in the United States, and support victory.
At the time of this post, $250 has been raised to help me, my photographer, Wild Bill, and potentially others get to D.C. to participate in the next Gathering of Eagles. Our goal is $750, so we're 1/3rd of the way there. If you'd like to help, use the button above to donate, or at least tell your friends and family about our trip. 50 people chipping in small amounts like $10 would get us there in a heartbeat. Thank you!
