Snob-ama

Barack Obama's recent remarks are causing a big stir, and it's important we focus on the offensive part of the remarks. It's not important that he called Middle America bitter, but rather that he said in their bitterness that they're clinging to guns and religion. Just thought I'd throw that out. Michelle Malkin is capitalizing on the Obama gaffe with Snob-ama Wear. I wish I had the idea first:

Why, I thought for sure
Why, I thought for sure Justin would have responded quickly to this post. I'm shocked, SHOCKED, that he didn't reply. That's not like him at all.
BOTH PARTIES ARE ELITIST, JUSTIN.
THEY'RE BOTH CORRUPT.
NEITHER WILL HELP OUT THE AVERAGE AMERICAN.
ALL THREE CANIDATES ARE ELITIST.
And John McCain is pro-amnesty!!!
Elitist!
Elitist! Elitist! Elitist!
Boo!
Scary!
Thank god when the republicans are talking to their serious contributors at fund raisers, they never talk down to middle america.
And thank god they're not the kind of people to take advantage of the anger or bitterness of average americans in any way, shape or form.

From Kevin Philips, the man who might deserve the credit when we talk about the Republican South:
"From now on, the Republicans are never going to get more than 10 to 20 percent of the Negro vote and they don't need any more than that... but Republicans would be shortsighted if they weakened enforcement of the Voting Rights Act. The more Negroes who register as Democrats in the South, the sooner the Negrophobe whites will quit the Democrats and become Republicans. That's where the votes are. Without that prodding from the blacks, the whites will backslide into their old comfortable arrangement with the local Democrats"
Sounds kind of snobby to me. Thank god Phillips is now a 'liberal'.
