Tea Party

Teapartiers Get Attacked by Pro-amnesty Group Supporters.

Ben Graham — Wed, 2009-11-18 02:34

Now here is something you don't see very often... oh wait yes you do.

Yet again Liberal nutcases have attacked and physically and verbally assaulted peaceful conservative protesters.

From World Net Daily :

Che Guevara supporters with a radical pro-amnesty coalition viciously attacked and bludgeoned tea party protesters at a Florida anti-illegal immigration rally, including a 62-year-old man who was beaten and kicked in the face.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, or ALIPAC, called for "Tea Parties Against Amnesty and Illegal Immigration" to form quickly across the nation on Nov. 14. In less than 30 days, protests were scheduled for more than 50 towns and cities.

But two Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., tea party protesters were brutally beaten by pro-amnesty activists on the day of the nationwide rally as they attempted to film Florida's Act Now to Stop War and End Racism Coalition, or ANSWER, counter-protest.

ANSWER members carried Che Guevara signs and other black and yellow placards that stated "Full rights for all immigrants." They shouted, "Amnesty yes, racists no!"

As the two men attempted to film the protest, a ANSWER member in a black tanktop and blue jeans lunged after one of the cameramen and beat him with a sign, pushing him into traffic. Another ANSWER member in a white T-shirt attacked the same cameraman while the victim defended himself with what appears to be a camera tripod.

A female tea party protester began screaming as Dave Caulkett of Floridians for Immigration Enforcement and the initial ANSWER attacker fought in the middle of the street.

Now lets remember that these are the very bleeding heart Libs that are calling for peace, and acceptance, and forgiveness. These very same hypocrites are out there beating the crap out of peaceful protesters. These people and especially the people from ANSWER are some real crazies.

WND continues:

ALIPAC revealed that ANSWER Florida sent out an e-mail invitation urging members to join its "protest to shut down racist anti-'amnesty' rally" in Ft. Lauderdale prior to the event. ANSWER's letter stated the following:

The ANSWER Coalition is calling on all its members, allies, and friends to join us tomorrow to confront and shut down the racist "Anti-Amnesty Tea Party" in Ft. Lauderdale.
The "Anti-Amnesty" rallies being held across the country tomorrow have been initiated by fascist, white supremacist organizations that include the Minutemen and the so-called Americans for Legal Immigration.

Recent months have shown a significant rise in extreme-right activity with hate crimes and attacks on immigrants skyrocketing. White supremacist and fascist organizations have boasted rapid growth since the onset of the economic crisis. The new administration has continued the government's anti-immigrant policies with "desktop raids"-the liberal response to the fascist like workplace raids of the Bush years.

Racism is like anything else in this world: in order to make it fall, you must smash it! That is why we are calling on all people to come out tomorrow, to organize a militant confrontation with the so-called "tea baggers." Beating back these forces will require us to organize together, take the streets, fight the racists wherever they show their faces and drive them out of every community. …

Amnesty, full rights for ALL immigrants, is a demand that should be raised not just by the immigrant communities, but by every working class community in our struggle to solve this crisis by our own means.

Join us tomorrow, and join us in building the movement against racism and capitalist exploitation!

As WND reported earlier, ALIPAC Chief William Gheen said his group had been calling for a "peaceful, political revolution and uprising in America."

"We are building a movement that will beat back racism so that working people of all nationalities can unite and fight against our one, shared enemy: capitalism." What the heck! Do these people know anything about economics? History? No they don't! They are simply ignorant of the things that make our country great.

Sorry for my ranting but I hate this type of hypocrisy.

Make sure you watch the video on WND its pretty disturbing.

9/12/09 March on Washington Crowd Estimation: How Many People?

Ben Graham — Mon, 2009-09-14 23:05

How many people?

After the Taxpayer March on Washington Saturday everyone wants to know how many people where there? If you were there as I was you probably heard rumor of anywhere from 50,000 to 2.5 million people. When you got home you saw the liberal media saying anywhere from 50,000 to 75,000.

Is this right? Should we trust the Liberal media to tell us how many people were there?

No it’s not right! The liberal media is lying to the American people!

Because I was a bit skeptical of the 2.5 million number, and I don’t trust the main stream media to tell me how many people were there I decided that I would do the calculations and figuring myself. While I am by no means a mathematician I have done my best to explain my methods and show you all how the media is filtering and outright lying to you and the rest of the American people.

First of all lets watch a few YouTube videos that will help us understand the scale of how many people where there.

Sophia Elena Reporting (panoramic view of capitol grounds at the end)

Time Lapse photography of the march

We will use the Sophia Elena Report video as the basis of my estimation here. I know how many people were there and what areas were filled but I just wanted you all to see exactly so you knew the truth.

The first part of the video really shows you how many people walked down Pennsylvania Ave. But the last part is what we are interested in. This shows a panoramic view of the capital grounds and the national mall beyond.

Detailed description of video:

On the far right:Capitol lawn completely covered in people.
Pennsylvania Ave: As far as you can see down is Completely filled.
Main stage area and mall beyond: Stage area completely filled including streets in capitol grounds, National mall filled to first street.
On far right: Lawn is completely filled.

As you can see from the video the entire capital grounds were completely covered including the roads and sidewalks. Also there are a unknown amount of people still marching on Pennsylvania Ave.

To estimate the amount of people convincingly even for libs I am going to use the data from Obama’s Inaugural address.

Take a look at the second picture in this post. This was sent to me via Kyle Koehler. and is a screenshot of the graphic that USA Today used to show the attendance to the Inauguration. You can see that they estimate that the ticketed area of the Capitol (shown in yellow) would hold 240,000 people. Notice that this does not include the streets, sidewalks, and other parts of the grounds that were not used for the inauguration.

The next picture is a satellite image taken from Geoeye. It shows the crowds at the inauguration from the sky. I imported this image into Paint (sorry I’m not more techie but it’s the best I could do) I have outlined the areas that people were for the protest on Saturday. As shown in the video. You can see the Black areas are the ones that I’m sure were completely filled. The red are the ones that had people but not packed to the brim. You can see many of these areas were not used in the inauguration ceremony.

The next image is another edit containing the same outlines on the USA image. You can see that there are many different areas that were not contained in their estimations of the compactly that were occupied during the protest.

Now lets look the numbers from the inauguration.

The estimate for the inauguration was 1.8 to 2 million people according to USA Today. Just to be fair we will go with their high number to make them feel better. If you look at the satellite image of the crowd you will see I have circled 8 approximately the same size groups of people in blue and labeled them 1 through 8. Now let’s divide the total of number of people by the number of groups.

2,000,000,000/8=250,000 people in each group. Which about corresponds to the USA Today estimation of the holding of the Capitol grounds.

Here’s where it gets interesting.

The easiest way to estimate the crowd is to take the people we know were at the inauguration and move them into the areas that were filled by the protest but not by the inauguration of the Satellite image.

First of all we already have two groups inside of that area so we will leave them there.

Next take group “1” and more it into area “D” This should fill this area fully.

Now we need to fill the capital grounds north of the pool or area “B.” Move group “2” into this area. You can see that this should fill this area and fill in come of the roads contained in area “A.”

There is still quite a bit of area left in the Capitol grounds so we will take group “3” and move it into area’s “C, A, and E” filling in the remaining roadways and sidewalks.
So now we have FOUR inaugural groups of 250,000 in the areas that were covered by the protest.

250,000 + 250,000 + 250,000 +250,000 = 1 MILLION PEOPLE!

I hope this rough approximation has shown you that the media is in no way telling the whole story about what I believe is the greatest political protest in the history of the country. Now I’m not saying my methods are scientific in anyway. And this estimation is open to debate. I just wanted to show that there is no way that the media is telling the whole story.

Even if I have totally overstepped and there were only 2 groups of people in the capitol then that would still be 500,000 people. WAY MORE then what the media is saying.

I’m also very disappointed in Fox News. They have gone right along with all the other mainstream media and lied to the American people.

Please let me know what you think about my estimation and share it with others

NOTE: I’m trying to see when the Sophia Elena Video was taken so I can find the corresponding time for the time lapse march video and see how many people were still on Pennsylvania Ave and in the square. As soon as I get this info I will pass it on.

Update: Here are some links to others who have done the crowd estimation:

Trip to Washinton D.C. for Septemeber 12th Tea Party/ Taxpayer March on Washington!

Ben Graham — Wed, 2009-09-09 01:11

This coming weekend I will be taking a short trip to Washington to tell President Obama what I think of his outrageous over spending and irresponsibility.

Due to the gracious sponsorship of someone I don't even know I am able to take this trip without incurring any cost. So I would just like to say thank you to that person.

I'm going on the trip with a group called W.A.L.N.U.T. (Workers Against Lazy Non-producers United Together) They are a group of working class citizens that are working to take on the issues of taxation without representation, the over-taxing of the working class for the purpose of wealth redistribution and the FAIR TAX.

Please check out their website for more info: freedomnuts.org

More updates and pictures to come when I get back next week.

Hope to maybe see you there!

TEA Party Follow Up.

Ben Graham — Thu, 2009-04-16 12:59

Very unfortunatly I was unable to attend a TEA party yesterday. I was scheduled to work and i called every person that works with me to cover for me but couldn't get out of it.

Nevertheless if you would like to read about the TEA party that I was supposed to go to you can visit Justin Higgins blog.

Here is a little excerpt:

Apparently some news outlets are saying 3,500, some are saying 5,000, and others are estimating that 7,000 people showed up. If you were there, you felt it. A revolution, one that is centered in our Constitution, our Declaration of Independence, and common-sense values, is starting.

I also have selected some of my favorite signs for your viewing pleasure. And yes two of them are of my friends here at college but I really liked their signs.

Also if you have an interesting picture of a sign send it to me. ben@rightontheright.com I will be compiling a page of tons a different signs.

Columbus Tea Party

Ben Graham — Mon, 2009-04-06 12:16

I'm sure by now that you have all heard about the tea party movement that is spreading like wildfire across the country. Well I have decided that I also will be attending a Tea Party this April 15th. Former lead blogger for Right on the right Justin Higgins is heading up the effort for the Columbus Tea Party. His new blog shotsonthehouse.com is a great place to check out the latest on the party.
