Obama picked Judge Sonia Sotomayor to replace Justice Souter today. I just thought you might be interested in seeing a little preview of how she is going to rule.

Finally someone comes out and says it. I'm glad that Judge Sotomayor is able to admit that herself and people like her legislate from the bench.

Perhaps Mr. Obama should have checked Youtube before nominating her to serve.
